Ground floor:
bedroom 1/2 - with double bed, you can enter garden with whirlpool directly through terace door, room with view to garden with whirlpool, extra bed on demand
living room with kitchenette corner (fridge, hot plate, wash basin, toaster) and indoor fireplace, dining seating with table and 4 chairs, flat-screen TV / SAT, radio / CD and sofa (suitable a san extra bed for 1-2 persons)
bathroom with shower corner, washing basin and toilet
First floor:
bedroom 1/4 - with double bed and 2 single beds view oriented into garden, (you can enter thos room from bedroom 1/2)
bedroom 1/2 - with 2 single beds (you enter this room by stairs from living room)
separate WC
Exterior:
outdoor fireplace behind the fence near water, grill
outdoor seating for 4 people (tables, chairs, umbrella)
parking for 2 cars in the entrance of the fenced property
